From the moment I contacted the hotel via email, the staff at this hotel were incredibly responsive and helpful. They always replied quickly and were able to accommodate my requests. The location of the hotel on the Gran Vía was absolutely perfect, situated between Plaza de Espana and Santo Domingo metro stations. This allowed me to easily explore the city center, including popular spots like Callao, Puerta de Sol, and the Royal Palace. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I was impressed by the modern and renovated bathroom with its rain shower head. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of Gran Via, between Plaza de Espana and Santo Domingo metro stations. The location was perfect for getting anywhere either by foot or metro. We were able to explore the city center easily, thanks to the hotel's convenient location on the Gran Vía. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to change our room to one with a bigger bed for our baby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the recently renovated bathroom with a rain shower head was a nice touch. the best aspects of our stay were the excellent location and the helpful staff.
