We had a great experience at the hotel, as it was centrally located near bustling Gran Vía, making it easy to access numerous restaurants and attractions. The staff welcomed us warmly, providing helpful information before our arrival. Our room was clean and spacious with excellent shower facilities, and we appreciated the ability to store our luggage at no extra charge.
