We loved the prime location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk from the main attractions and conveniently close to a metro stop for easy airport access. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was exceptionally clean with all the necessary amenities. the quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep, making it perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

I loved the hotel's location, which made it incredibly easy to explore almost all famous sights and is just a short walk from the Gran Via metro station. The cleanliness impressed me greatly; my room was spotless, and the shower had excellent pressure. the staff were friendly, especially the wonderful translator at the nearby police station who assisted with some queries.
