The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us with all our queries about the falls, making our visit even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facilities stood out to us, especially the spacious common areas, which included a lovely pool and well-maintained bathrooms.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was just a short walk to restaurants and the bus station. The outdoor area was great for lounging, with comfy hammocks and a clean pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful tips about the attractions nearby. the showers had excellent water pressure, and the bathrooms were always tidy.
