We loved the convenient location with a park across the street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor mineral pool was a great way to relax.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing! It is right inside a beautiful park and within easy walking distance to the Hot Springs, Water Park, and even the Bighorn River. Plus, there is a park right across the street, making it a perfect spot for families. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even arranged for an early check-in for me, which was great. The hotel itself had some interesting safari relics, including animal displays and photographs, which added a unique touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in my room. The breakfast buffet was thoughtful, and the breakfast attendants were always warm and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant was very nice, and the dinner food was good. The bed in our room was newer and comfortable. We loved the fact that the rooms on the ground floor had outside doors, so we could park right outside our room. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to the park and had a nice walking path along the river. The mineral pool was relaxing, and we enjoyed going for walks in the beautiful surroundings. we were impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and the friendly staff.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a hot springs on site and a perfectly positioned hot tub. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a thoughtful buffet and friendly attendants. The staff were very accommodating, arranging for early check-in and providing great service. The location, right inside the park, was ideal, offering beautiful vistas, marmots, and buffalo to admire in Hot Springs State Park.

The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the Star Plunge hot springs and the Wyoming Dinosaur Center. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious options in a comfortable dining area.
