The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and energizing. The pool area was a peaceful oasis, surrounded by beautiful trees, and I enjoyed the calming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping me choose between two great rooms. Its location was perfect for exploring nearby cenotes and the city center was easily accessible.
