We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, charming, and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was comfy with great pillows, ensuring a cozy sleep especially in the cold weather. We appreciated the peace and quiet on our floor, as we didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The location was superb, with a 2-minute walk to the Powell street station for easy travel to and from the airport. It was also conveniently located near the city center, in the heart of downtown, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly whenever we passed by the lobby. The goodie bag at check-in, including a bottle of wine, snacks, and complimentary water, was a delightful touch.

We loved the location of this hotel in the heart of downtown. It was very convenient to have easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from Union Square and popular shopping destinations like Westfield, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom. The cable car and tour buses pick up within a block, making it convenient for exploring the city. The Italian restaurant connected to the lobby was a great spot to grab a drink or some dessert. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel facilities were clean and nicely decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable stay.
