The rooms were remarkably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Ivan, who went above and beyond to assist us. The terrace offered stunning views, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

I was delighted with the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff, as they were always ready to help. The location was fantastic, near the metro station and within walking distance to main attractions. The room had a lovely balcony that offered a nice view, and the breakfast was very satisfying at just €12.

We loved the convenient location right by the Príncipe Pío Metro Station, making it super easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate and had a comfortable bed, allowing us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the inviting lounge area with cozy sofas and soothing jazz playing in the background. The staff, particularly Raoul, was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our check-in.

The breakfast was incredibly generous, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was also fantastic, being right across from a major train station and a large mall, making transportation a breeze. I enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace with great views and the spacious room, which came with a lovely balcony.

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the Principe Pio Metro Station, allowing easy access to the city's highlights, including Casa Mingo for delicious roast chicken. The room was comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views, and the buffet breakfast was a delicious way to start our days.
