I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just a five-minute drive to the South Dakota School of Mines where my son was touring. It was also close to the charming restaurant Vextex and the lively Paddy O'Neill's. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and my room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of outdoor adventures and exploring the college campus. The staff were simply amazing, going above and beyond to assist us when we had noisy neighbors and even allowing us to switch rooms. They were also extremely helpful in ensuring I got back something I had forgotten. The manager was kind and genuinely cared about making our stay easy. the hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and the 10th floor was particularly impressive!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautifully renovated rooms and the incredibly comfy beds. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt right at home throughout our entire stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with access to not one, but two amazing bars. The rooftop bar, Vertex, was a particular highlight, offering stunning views of the city. Additionally, having a Starbucks downstairs was so convenient, especially with the BOGO drinks during our stay. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, as it was within walking distance to everything in town. We also enjoyed the fascinating history of the building.
