I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The location is ideal, close to the pedestrian zone and with a funicular station to the castle right below. My room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking the old town. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us access our rooms early, which was a huge relief after our long flight.
