I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's a beautiful property with a rich history, and I loved how they have preserved the historical charm while updating it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, accommodating all of my requests. I particularly enjoyed the apartment-style setting of my room, which had a kitchen and was perfect for my stay with teens. The hotel's location in the downtown area was ideal, as I could easily walk to the canalwalk area, where I spent some relaxing time. Additionally, the proximity to the free trolley made it convenient for exploring the city, including attractions like Key Bank Arena. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the arena, train, and nearby tourist attractions like Canal Side and the park across the street. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. a comfortable and convenient stay.
