The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient, and transportation options were readily available. The location in Cartagena-Bocagrande was fantastic, being within a 25-minute walk to the Centro Historico and having other amenities nearby. The staff, especially Pedro at breakfast service, provided exceptional customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Luis who always attended to us with that wonderful smile. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from charming restaurants and within a reasonable distance from the colonial district and downtown. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything, with the beach just a few meters away.
