This hotel is in a good location within the Providencia area, close to the metro and away from the protests. There are plenty of restaurants and facilities around the building. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing! They were very helpful and kind, assisting me in various ways. They helped me locate a place for a PCR test, resolved a problem with a tour guide, and even arranged a ride to the airport. Their professionalism and caring attitude made a huge difference in my experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and facilities around the building. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff at the front desk were amazing, always willing to help and spoke excellent English. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Cerro de San Cristobal, a natural tourist attraction.
