the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, which made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and featured a comfortable bed, plus the complimentary breakfast was delightful, especially the Reina Cartagenera arepas. The location was perfect for leisure trips, as I could easily stroll to one of the main beaches, and the pool area was well-maintained and relaxing.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Reina Cartagenera. The pool area was clean and stunning, perfect for relaxing. The location made it easy to walk to the beach.
