We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a very clean room and a powerful shower in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including a quiet location near the main attractions and a beautiful courtyard. The breakfast served in the delightful courtyard was absolutely delicious, with fresh croissants, fruit, and refreshing orange juice. The staff were exceptional, providing us with excellent service and going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They were quick and helpful, and their friendly and professional attitude made us feel special.

Stepping into the hotel felt like entering a beautiful oasis in the midst of the bustling Santa Cruz neighborhood. The courtyard, filled with pot plants and rattan seating, created a calming atmosphere. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and most of the major attractions within walking distance. The staff were not only professional and helpful but also incredibly friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast, served in a lovely room off the courtyard, was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, hams.
