I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and well-equipped, boasting a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. I appreciated the tranquil location surrounded by nature, and the parking was quite convenient. Plus, getting around was easy with the collectivo service right at the front door.

The spacious rooms were beautifully updated. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially during our late check-in. The cenotes nearby were amazing, and we enjoyed swimming in them. Plus, the pool and hammocks made for a relaxing afternoon.
