We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolute miracle workers, providing excellent service in multiple languages. The hotel was conveniently located, really close to the railway station and within easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the breakfast with a fantastic view was a wonderful start to our day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were its perfect location right next to the train station, offering easy transportation options. The hotel provided all the necessary facilities and the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options and beautiful views from the breakfast room. Additionally, the noise insulation was nearly perfect, despite the hotel being in the center of town and next to the train station. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping me with restaurant reservations and allowing me to check in early. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with a small refrigerator and a kettle for tea/coffee. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the lake and the old town, and right near the Geneva Cornavin Station. Additionally, the free public transport tickets provided, including transportation to the airport, were a great convenience.
