I loved the themed floors and how much my kids enjoyed the playroom with drivable cars. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the well-decorated reception and spacious rooms. The location made it easy to travel around with the nearby MTR and shopping malls, like V City, just a short walk away. The staff, particularly Terrence and Nick, were exceptionally friendly and made our dining experience memorable.
