We had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our 5yr wedding anniversary special with a complimentary wine bottle and card. They were very accommodating and the valet service was efficient and quick. The hotel had a nice ambience, and our room was clean, nicely decorated, and a good size. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown San Jose and its many attractions. We loved being able to walk to the SAP Center for the concert we attended, and there were plenty of yummy food options nearby at the San Pedro Market. a great experience!

The hotel's location is perfect for attending concerts at the nearby arena, and it is within walking distance of many downtown favorites for food, drinking, and entertainment. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains in the room for a peaceful nap time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The WiFi works seamlessly for streaming and gaming, and the valet service is worth paying for, with helpful workers who assist my family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was prime, with many destinations accessible and a lot of interesting things to do and places to eat close by. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bell captain even gave me great advice on finding inexpensive parking. The room was great, with a good-sized and well-equipped workspace and a comfortable bed. The environment was relaxing, and I enjoyed the jazzy vibe of the hotel. The lobby and hotel bar were also very nice, with live jazz on many nights. The WIFI was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the free cookies in the evening.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Valet service was efficient and the front desk was welcoming. The room had a unique Art Deco style and the hotel facilities, including the restaurant, were beautiful. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the convention center and within walking distance of San Pedro Square. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and finding thrift stores and cafes.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and the location was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed. I could easily walk to FedEx, the Hedley Club Bar, and even the SAP center for concerts. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Aaron and Cedric at the bar. it was a fantastic experience.
