The hotel's excellent location right opposite a popular square and with trams stopping at the door made it easy for us to explore this city's main attractions. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room, which was also incredibly spacious and quiet. The friendly staff provided great service, offering us free vouchers for coffee and croissants in the morning and even upgrading us to a stunning suite on the top floor.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Dam Square and a short walk to the charming 9 street district. The convenience of having tram stops nearby made exploring this city a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me in surprising my fiancee with a romantic anniversary celebration. The breakfast spread was comprehensive and delicious.

The tram stop just outside the hotel was a brilliant feature for exploring the city. We also enjoyed being close to Dam Square and having a big supermarket within a 2-minute walk.
