The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless, and we appreciated the cleanliness of both our room and the common areas. We were pleasantly surprised to find free electric charging available, which made our travel plans even easier.

The location is fantastic, as I could easily walk to everything in the charming Petite-France district and the nearby tram station made it convenient for exploring further. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the staff were multilingual and incredibly helpful. I opted for breakfast, which had a nice variety, though I found it a tad pricey.
