I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly due to its prime location that made exploring the city incredibly convenient, with shops and tram connections mere minutes away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always greeted me with warm smiles, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was kept spotless daily, and I appreciated the daily fresh towels and regular bedding changes, ensuring I felt right at home.
