I had a great experience at the hotel; the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the train station and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having tea and coffee available. Daily fresh towels and air conditioning were particularly nice, especially with the warm weather.
