I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my modern room. The facilities were great, especially the indoor and outdoor onsen, swimming pool, and the variety of dining options, including a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, quickly changing my room to a non-smoking one. the location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.
