We had a delightful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the cleanliness of our room, which was immaculate daily, and the breathtaking location right by the lake. The views from our balcony were stunning, allowing us to admire Bellagio and Varenna while listening to a saxophonist's melodies in the evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and breakfast on the terrace was a lovely treat, complete with local honey and a refreshing atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, where I was greeted by friendly staff who even allowed me to check in early after a long flight from Australia. The location is perfect, right in the center and facing the main square, providing stunning views. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable facilities throughout my visit.
