The hotel is located in a very happening area, not far from attractions like Busch Gardens. The staff is welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and restaurant/bar, are excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch.

We loved staying at this hotel. Everything was spot on. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with casual dining options nearby. We enjoyed taking the free tram to the famous Columbia restaurant and the convenience of having a cafe right at the hotel for our morning coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I especially loved the spacious and modern design of the room, as well as the comfortable bedding and pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of great entertainment options in an interesting neighborhood. The onsite cafe served a delicious breakfast, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the valet to the registration team, the bar staff, the waiter, and the managers. The king balcony room was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for better service during our midweek getaway. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were visually beautiful, and the room had good lighting fixtures and wireless chargers. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe and breakfast offerings at the cafe. The entire bathroom was spacious, and the shower head was like a quasi rain shower. Small details like built-in USB ports on the night table were a nice touch. the room design and bed comfort were top-notch. The pool, surrounded by tall plants for partial shade, was a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, quick at check-in, and greeted us every time we passed by.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at this hotel was very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with soft bedding and comfortable pillows. The hotel facilities, including the pool area with beautiful green foliage, were well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere. The location on 7th Avenue was prime for day exploration of the surrounding area, including Riverwalk, the café, and the free tram. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
