We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as it was ideally located just a short walk from the restaurants and the Quayside. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially a young lad with a beard at the reception who made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfasts were fantastic, offering a great selection of both hot and cold options. The on-site parking was also a plus, and we found it reasonably priced at £14 for 24 hours.

We loved the hotel's central location, as it made exploring the city so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond when we needed a zipper fixed on a dress. Our corner room was stunning, complete with an L-shaped balcony that offered a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to our day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful breakfast prepared by a trainee chef, which was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.
