I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with city inquiries. The location was fantastic, with major tourist attractions like the Gold Museum and Monserrate just a short walk away, plus the common areas were beautifully maintained. I also enjoyed the rooftop patio, where I could unwind in the evenings.
