the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was impressive, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to several tourist attractions and near a convenient metro station. Plus, having access to Netflix and YouTube on the room TV was a great touch, especially when one can only watch Spanish channels otherwise.
