I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to its fantastic location just a short walk from Chinatown and the cruise terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff were exceptionally courteous; Mr Yamaguchi stood out as the friendliest, always willing to help. I loved the breakfast variety and the cleanliness of the updated bathrooms, which were surprisingly spacious for a budget accommodation.
