the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Briggitte at the reception, who made my experience unforgettable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from a busy area filled with shops and restaurants, plus it felt very safe. My room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options daily, including the omelet bar.
