The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities like a bank and store. The restaurant offered delicious breakfasts, and we appreciated the spacious, well-maintained rooms.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, especially the English-speaking receptionist. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from both Metro stations and the vibrant Roma area. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the cafe downstairs.

We loved the location; it's conveniently close to the center and has a bank and Oxxo Store nearby. The staff were super helpful with arranging transportation. Our room was spacious and clean, with a massive bed and a great bathroom. We also enjoyed the little café downstairs and appreciated the nice Wi-Fi.
