I had an amazing stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are great. The staff was very courteous and provided high customer service. They even booked a car for me to the airport and provided free milk. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city and next to the beautiful Umberto I gallery. It's also walking distance from the train station, the port, and all the main attractions of this city. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near Teatro San Carlo and Via Toledo, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the beautiful Galleria Umberto. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and providing great recommendations. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
