I had the best stay at this hotel! Check-in was a breeze, the staff at the restaurant and bar were amazing, and the room was beautifully decorated and clean. The pool was a dream after a night of dancing nearby. Plus, the hotel offers room service every morning. The location was perfect, with a stunning ocean view and easy access to Long Beach downtown and the cruise port.

We loved that this hotel is located right on the ocean, offering stunning views. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities, including the lap pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location, although not within walking distance to the city or cruise terminal, was relatively close and convenient for us. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast at the hip restaurant with its outdoor ocean view dining was a great way to start the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the heat option in January. The view from my room was spectacular, and the cozy decor added to the overall ambiance. Although I didn't have time to try the pool and whirlpool, they looked beautiful. There were a couple of minor issues, such as not getting the room with a balcony initially, but the hotel was quick to offer a solution. The staff offered me restaurant credit as compensation, which I found very thoughtful and accommodating. Additionally, the shuttle service, despite a delay, provided a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. these glitches were handled well, and I felt truly valued as a guest. I would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was bigger than we expected and had a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel setup reminded us of courtyards in the Caribbean. The location was great - right at the beach and very close to the cruise port. The grounds were well maintained and there was parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. it was a great value for money experience.
