I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions I had. The meals at the Bite Restaurant were delicious, especially the breakfast. The one-bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel itself was adorned with beautiful art and glass objects, making every corner a visual treat. The lobby was particularly impressive, with its artistic decor and high-tech elevator. Additionally, the hotel provided a sense of security as key access was required for everything. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the Museum of Glass, Union Station, and the Convention Center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the bellhop who loaded our luggage to the male front desk person who let our grandbabies choose gifts. The restaurant staff was attentive and the food was delicious. The corner suite we had on the 23rd floor was huge, with two full baths, a fridge, and a microwave. The large windows in each room offered stunning views of the boat harbor. It was also conveniently located, just 1.6 miles from the Tacoma Dome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was absolutely stunning, adorned with beautiful glass art. Throughout my entire stay, I couldn't stop admiring the consistent theme of glass art that is integrated throughout the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect. I could easily walk to the glass center and the hotel was conveniently close to the convention center. Not to mention, the hotel provided ample parking and transportation options, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
