We loved the unbeatable location, with breathtaking views of the lake from both our room and the top-floor onsen, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was a highlight—gorgeous and delicious, along with the authentic in-room dinner experiences that we highly recommend. The staff were incredibly attentive, shipping our luggage conveniently while ensuring our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Cleanliness was top-notch, and we appreciated the lovely amenities provided daily.

I loved the location by the lake. It was just a short walk to restaurants and the bus stop. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The onsen was a highlight, with beautiful views. My room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel with its stunning lake views and convenient location, just steps away from the bus stop on the Hakone free pass route. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the onsen was a highlight, allowing for a peaceful soak in a serene atmosphere. I especially loved the delicious dinner, which was one of the best meals I've ever had.
