We loved the hotel's excellent location, as it was just a short walk to the famous Leaning Tower and numerous restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel very welcoming. The cleanliness of our room was top-notch, and the beautiful garden, complete with a cute bunny, added a lovely touch to our experience.
