The cleanliness was commendable, with daily housekeeping maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the various facilities available, including the free drinks and snacks in the lobby, as well as a laundry area that proved very handy during my visit.

I loved the hotel's location right beside Shinsaibashi shopping street. It makes exploring this city so easy. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the daily room service. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was a nice touch. With plenty of restaurants nearby, I never went hungry.
