The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond, even assisting us with our travel bookings. The location was superb, being just a couple of minutes from the subway and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel amenities surpassed my expectations, from free drinks and snacks in the lobby to an ample supply of grooming products and lounge wear available at no cost. Plus, the indoor and outdoor tubs in my room were a delightful bonus!
