I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, right on Rundle Mall and close to shopping and dining. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Michelle, who made my arrival smooth. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, along with a large bathroom and great shower pressure.
