The location near Tlaquepaque was perfect. It was close to shopping streets and the ceramic museums. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the peaceful garden outside our room added to our relaxation. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and being able to check in early made our arrival smooth.
