I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as everything was impeccably clean, from the bathrooms to the sheets and towels. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; Fernando even assisted us with our bags and brought coca tea to our room when we needed it. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main square, and the breakfast offered a great variety to fuel our trekking days. I also loved the family suite’s skylights, which allowed for beautiful natural light and stunning mountain views.
