The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special mentions for the receptionist who provided useful information. Our room was spotless and offered great comfort, while breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful, ensuring we started our day right.

We loved the hotel's excellent location. It’s just a short walk to the Grotto and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Cindy, who provided great information. Our room was clean and we appreciated the kettle and mini fridge.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the basilica and surrounded by many shops in the center of town.
