Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel is in the quiet area of the old town facing the park which was good.- The staff was helpful, polite, friendly, and English-speaking

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with modern and fresh decor throughout. The hotel facilities were great and I especially loved the use of the pool at the nearby Allure Chocolate. The location was perfect, situated in the quiet area of the old town facing the park, and just a short walk to the main square. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful. The breakfast provided was lovely, offering a variety of options.
