The location is ideal, situated in a pedestrian area with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were warm and welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable sitting area for my family. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

We loved the hotel's incredible location, right next to the famous Santa Justa Elevator, which made exploring so easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to help us feel welcome.

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I was also impressed by the extensive breakfast selection, which included delightful touches like proper maple syrup and high-quality olive oil.

the location was unbeatable, as we could easily walk to all the main tourist spots and enjoy a variety of restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of our spacious room was impressive, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful start to our mornings!
