The cleanliness was top-notch, and my room had an incredible panoramic view of Lake Lugano. The staff were friendly and very helpful during my visit. The restaurant offered delicious meals with picturesque scenery from the terrace.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location on top of the mountain offered a magnificent view of the lake. I loved having dinner on the terrace while enjoying the stunning sunset. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices.
