I had an incredible stay at the hotel, where the location directly across from the river made for breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Amelie, who even provided us with a complimentary toboggan ride ticket. The daily cleaning service kept everything spotless, and I loved the thoughtful touches like muffins and great coffee in the room. Being just steps away from numerous attractions allowed me to explore the city easily, making my visit truly memorable.

The location was fantastic, as it was right in front of Terrasse Dufferin and allowed me easy access to the charming old village. the facilities were great, with a convenient breakfast and lovely views of the river from my room.
