I had a great experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the bus terminal and Coex mall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym and spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a long day.
