We loved the convenient location close to Winchester Mansion and Santana Row. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of fresh and healthy options, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated their excellent service. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood with great cafes nearby, and it is also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and museums. Additionally, the parking was easy and free at the nearby garage, making our stay even more convenient.

We absolutely loved the charm and Spanish-themed decor of this hotel. The courtyard where we had breakfast was incredible. The Oveja Negra restaurant's tapas were a must-try, and the location of the hotel was fantastic. Being close to restaurants and shops made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the city.

The food from room service was amazing - it felt like I was dining like royalty! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a shopper's paradise, and the continental breakfast had a great variety of options. the price was very fair considering all the perks and the superb customer service. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future.
