The cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. The location provided breathtaking views of the lake and the stunning Alps.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the train station, making it easy for us to arrive on the Glacier Express and leave on the Bernina Express. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to provide helpful recommendations. the restaurant offered breathtaking views over the lake, and the breakfast selection was impressive.
